The hotel had a beautiful natural environment, surrounded by rain trees and offering a soothing view. the room was clean and comfortable, with windows that could be opened to let in the cool night air.

The front desk staff lacked proper service and the air conditioning didn't work.

Our xmas stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also appreciated the delicious food served at the restaurant, especially the local dishes that were full of flavor.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the Wi-Fi in the room was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
